Asahi Photoproducts Receives EcoVadis Silver Medal for Its Flexographic Plate Manufacturing Operations in Japan

First EcoVadis Silver Medal reflects strong focus on responsible manufacturing and continuous sustainability initiatives

Brussels, Belgium / Tokyo, Japan – 19 June 2026 – Asahi Photoproducts has been awarded an EcoVadis Silver Medal for its flexographic plate manufacturing operations in Japan following the company’s first EcoVadis evaluation, completed in April 2026. The result reflects the company’s focus on responsible manufacturing practices and its long-term “Leading the Way to Solvent ZERO” strategy focused on reducing solvent use, improving resource efficiency and advancing more sustainable flexographic manufacturing technologies.
