24 January 2025 – CNOOC and Shell Petrochemicals Company Limited (“CSPC”) has taken the Final Investment Decision (FID) to expand their joint petrochemical complex in Daya Bay, Huizhou in southern China, for both the Huizhou Phase 3 Ethylene Project (“Phase 3 Project”) and the Polycarbonate Project.
