Indonesian Printer acquires Comexi press and laminator

28 Feb 2020 – Indonesian flexible packaging manufacturer Prima Jaya Eratama has purchased a Comexi F4 press and a Comexi ML1 MC laminator, which was installed at its Tangerang facilities.

The company has two plants located in Kosambi Barat (Tangerang), where it produces flexible packaging materials that cater to a comprehensive range of applications, both in the food and non-food areas, such as packaging for noodles, seasonings, oils, snacks, candy, biscuits, coffee, detergents, tissue, among many others.

Currently, the company has two Comexi laminators, two Comexi flexo printing presses with the Laser Clean Roller (LCR), and two Comexi slitters installed in its production plant.

The Comexi F4 incorporates the system of pipeless magnetic blades, a structurally compact and easily accessible printing unit, with a platform that allows for to perform minimum time performance of all maintenance tasks.

“Customer satisfaction is very important to us, therefore a machine’s capability, in terms of technology and output in a manufacturing company, is vital,” said Tjen Fa Sen, owner of Prima Jaya Eratama.
